Anxiety Therapy for Women in Colorado

Curious About Nervous System Regulation? I created a free intro guide to help you learn more!

Holly Radice, MA, LPC

Denver, Colorado

I work with thoughtful, driven, and deeply caring women who often feel like something is “off”, even when their life looks great on the surface. You might be used to holding it all together, showing up for others, and pushing through, while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your daily life.

If that’s you, you’re not alone. And you’re not broken. Something in you is asking for attention, and it deserves to be listened to!

My approach to therapy is holistic and body-based. I don’t just focus on what you think, but also on what you’re carrying in your body and nervous system. Together, we’ll slow things down, gently shift stuck patterns, and help you reconnect with a sense of steadiness, clarity, and choice in your life. We will work towards finding a sense of meaning and living a life led by joy.

When life experiences disrupts our ability to connect, with ourselves and with others, it can impact how we show up in every part of life. Therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious and practice new ways of relating, while building more resilience and self-trust along the way.

My own relationship with joy has evolved over the years. I’ve moved from Ohio to Colorado, years later sold most of my belongings to live and travel as a digital nomad, and eventually felt called to slow down and put down roots again. These days, I find joy in community, time in nature, and quiet moments with a good book.

If you are ready for meaningful change and to reconnect with your sense of joy, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
