Therapy rooted in compassion
Holly Radice, MA, LPC
Denver, Colorado
My clients are often smart, driven and caring individuals. Some are trying to do it all, or are feeling discontent despite “nothing being wrong”. Some are experiencing anxiety and depression, or symptoms related to past traumas. Wherever you are in your journey, you are here for a reason, and you deserve healing.
I am a somatic therapist and use a holistic approach to support you to shift stuck points, and create trust and balance in your system. I believe in the wisdom of your body, your feelings, and your intuition and am passionate about empowering you to trust in this wisdom, using this as a guide throughout our work together.
I believe in the healing power of safe relationships and offer attachment based therapy to explore difficulties in maintaining healthy relationships with ourselves and with others. Sometimes throughout our lives, our ability to attach and connect in healthy ways gets disrupted, impacting our relationships. Building safety in the therapeutic relationship offers space to get curious, experiment, and better understand ourselves. I can work with you to strengthen your ability to build healthy connections, increase resiliency, and find inner peace.
