Somatic Therapy for Women Navigating Transitions and Reclaiming Purpose.
I help women navigate life transitions with compassion, nervous system-based support, and body-centered healing.
Holly Radice, MA, LPC
Denver, Colorado
My clients are often thoughtful, driven, and caring individuals. Many are navigating stress, disconnection, or a sense that something just feels "off", even if everything seems fine on the surface. Some are dealing with anxiety or the emotional residue of past experiences. Wherever you are on your journey, you are here for a reason and you deserve support that feels grounded, safe, and attuned.
As a somatic therapist trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I take a holistic, body-based approach to therapy. I believe in the inherent wisdom of your body, emotions, and intuition and in the power of learning how to trust yourself again. Together, we will work to gently shift stuck patterns, reduce overwhelm, and create more balance in your nervous system.
I also offer attachment-focused therapy to help you explore and strengthen your relationships, both with others and with yourself. When life experiences interrupt our capacity to connect, it can impact how we show up in every part of life. Therapy provides a safe space to get curious, practice new ways of relating, and build more resilience and self-trust.
If you are ready for meaningful change, not through pushing or fixing, but through deeper awareness and care, I would be honored to walk with you.
